Warranty Policy:

-General warranty

RICH AUTO EQUIPMENT (seller) warrants our sold equipment shall be free from defects in material and

workmanship, embedded software and firmware when delivered. Full length of the warranty is for a period

of two (2) year after equipment receipt under normal use, parts and labor for the first year then parts

only excluding labour thereafter. All wearable parts, cosmetic defects or blemishes that do not interfere

with the functionality are excluded from this warranty.

-Remedies

Seller’s sole obligations and the buyer’s exclusive remedies with respect to goods determined to be

defective shall be limited to the decision at Seller’s discretion only. Replacement may constitute only

when repairs are not possible, at Seller’s option, a new, refurbished or functionally equivalent item will

be replaced in exchange of the defective item, if the buyer notifies any of our sale representative the defect

within its covered warranty period.

-Buyer Obligations

This warranty is impliedly conditioned on the buyer’s obligation when goods are paid and delivered.

Buyer must perform ongoing regular maintenance and care for its equipment and supplies in

accordance with its operating instructions, abuse, misuse and/or failure to comply with such instructions

causing damages and/or defects of the equipment, the buyer shall bear the full cost of parts & labor

and any other related costs. In connection with the Buyer’s purchase of units of any product under this

agreement, the seller disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and

makes no warranty other than the warranty of title and the warranties expressed in this agreement.

Return & Exchange Policy:

All sales are final, there are NO return and exchange.

Rich Auto Equipment will ensure every product is functioning properly before any shipment or installation.

Defective items will apply warranty policy.

Non-defective items will NOT be able to exchange, return, or refund.

Customers are reminded that it is solely their responsibility to ensure product specifications meet their requirements.
